The REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER embraces SoLa's mission and is passionate about promoting SoLa's short and long-term goals. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of their assigned Region of properties, as well as guiding and developing their Property Managers. The Regional Property Manager is also heavily involved in all aspects of the financial, operational and administrative management of their Region. Through exceptional management, they drive SoLa's mission to provide high-quality communities to our residents, as well as strong financial returns to our investors.
