Physical Therapist II - Inpatient - Days / Evenings

Hourly Pay Range : $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights : Position : Physical Therapist II Location : Elmhurst Hospital, Elmhurst, IL Part-Time, 20 hours weekly Hours : Wednesday and Thursday, 9 : 30am to 8 : 00pm. Rotating weekends. Holidays : 2 holidays per year, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday What you will need : Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2002 - 2014) OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2015 and after). Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested. A minimum of 1-3 years experience with demonstration of clinical independence and experience in pelvic health physical therapy skills, preferred. Will consider training therapist with experience in general orthopedics and demonstrated strong interest in pelvic health Support available for certification and development Required without License : Notification from Continental Testing Services advising of receipt and approval of application for licensure (if first-time test taker).
