Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity begins on Jan 8, 2026, and consists of weekend call coverage from Thursday through Sunday, 7am to 7am, including patient rounding and taking first call. The ideal candidate will have experience in vascular surgery and hold all required certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide weekend call coverage for vascular surgery cases
  • Round on patients and manage ongoing care during assigned shifts
  • Serve as first call for vascular surgical consults and emergencies
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

    • Additional Information

  • Active California medical license required
  • Board certification in Vascular Surgery required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and DEA certification required
