Warehouse Quality Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Audit daily inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
• Resolve shipment issues quickly
• Manage orders using SAP
• Maintain secure shipping records and documentation
• Communicate with customer service about order updates
• Handle customer complaints and problem resolution
• Support inventory cycle counts and claims investigations
• Identify process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
