The Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst who thrives in both the details of accounting and the insights of financial analysis. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of progressive experience who wants exposure across accounting, retail finance, and FP&A. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting, supporting month-end close, and driving analysis that informs strategic decisions in a high-growth CPG business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CFO, sales, and supply chain teams — giving you visibility and impact that’s hard to find in larger organizations.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Reporting

• Own core accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals - Support month-end close and preparation of internal financial reporting - Reconcile inventory transactions and analyze variances (shrink, cost, movement) - Ensure accuracy of retail purchase orders, invoices, and payment applications
