Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside Store Leader.Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.Excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).High School diploma or GED preferred; relevant management experience can substitute.Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance.Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.7-Eleven is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
