The Club is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate passionate about creating positive and supportive relationships with youth to serve in the role of Youth Development Specialist . The Youth Development Specialist plans, supervises, and implements a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs revolving around these core areas : athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.

Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement high-yield activities and targeted programs in athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with youth and families.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate programming.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalentOne year experience directly serving youthPreferred Qualifications
Basic classroom management and the ability to direct youth and provide clear steps and tools that support goals achievementExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing prioritiesStrong English proficiency for effective communications and to follow safety and procedural guidelinesExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's license and ability to be insured under the company's policy (at least 21 years of age and 3+ years driving with no major violations)Experience in athleticsSpanish language fluencyWhat we offer you
