At Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, our Club staff members wear many hats – they're teachers, coaches, mentors, community superheroes, and ambassadors of fun and learning. They unlock doors to new worlds and possibilities for kids and communities across Metro Denver. The Club is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate passionate about creating positive and supportive relationships with youth to serve in the role of Youth Development Specialist . The Youth Development Specialist plans, supervises, and implements a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs revolving around these core areas : athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.

- Plan, supervise, and implement high-yield activities and targeted programs in athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with youth and families.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate programming.
