Physical Therapist - Phys Med Rehab

Description

Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Coursework / Training Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.

Coursework / Training Completion of a clinical internship.

Coursework / Training Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.

Upon hire : Washington Physical Therapist License

Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in ambulatory setting.
