A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist II to provide full end-to-end payroll processing support for managed payroll customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and support other payroll customers as needed
Manage and respond to daily cases to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction
Configure Workday pay components and support the year-end process
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
3+ years of customer experience or proven skills at this level
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance
