The Lee Group is looking for Production Associate s to work at one of our valued clients in Newport News, VA. Production Associate s are essential part of the production process, working on the line to produce high-quality food products that meet the company’s stringent standards. Some responsibilities of Production Associate s will include handling and processing frozen food products, ensuring that production runs smoothly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Job Responsibilities of Production Associate s

• Open boxes of frozen fish and place them on the production line.
• Separate frozen fish portions and evenly distribute them across a conveyor belt. Remove any portions that are the incorrect size or shape.
• Package fish into plastic bags and boxes. Use sealing equipment to secure the boxes.
• Assemble boxes on the assembly line.
• Monitor the quality, size, and shape of fish portions as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping the floor, cleaning the work area, and disposing of refuse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
