Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports

Match purchase orders with invoices and verify approvals

Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist :

2+ years of accounts payable experience

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Strong organizational and communication skills
