- About the Role
- As a senior member of the ERM team, you will support enterprise-wide risk identification, quantification, and reporting across insurance, investment, credit, and operational risk categories. This position will have significant exposure to senior management, working closely with domestic and international business units to enhance risk frameworks, deliver ORSA and regulatory reporting, and lead initiatives related to emerging risks such as cyber, climate, and geopolitical developments.This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to influence group-level risk strategy and contribute to continuous improvement of the firm’s enterprise risk framework.###
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk assessment processes across multiple business units, ensuring consistency, insight, and actionable reporting.
- Prepare and present group-level ERM reports and ORSA documentation for senior executives, regulators, and rating agencies.
- Identify and analyze emerging risks – including climate change, AI, geopolitical trends, and cyber exposures – and communicate insights across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to improve exposure management, including catastrophe and large-limit monitoring across property and casualty lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to “connect the dots” between strategic, operational, and external risk factors.
- Lead risk workshops with senior executives and contribute to enterprise-level decision-making.###
- Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in P&C (re)insurance, ideally within ERM or risk analytics.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) – able to translate complex technical insights for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and scope risk problems before proposing solutions.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and risk reporting tools; actuarial background or credentials a plus.###
