Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to applicants and beneficiaries
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
Background and drug screening required
