We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst in the Regulatory Operations IT team. This is a challenging position requiring a strong, proven experience in business analysis, design, delivery, project management and client relationship management domains. The role involves working on multiple complex projects in parallel to successfully deliver solutions for the Regulatory Reporting of OTC Derivatives across Rates, FX, Credit, Equities and Commodities asset classes to multiple regimes.
You must be experienced with identifying and analyzing technology and process problems, while developing business requirements and solutions for tactical and / or strategic projects, in collaboration with Business and Technology stakeholders across Operations. You will identify and document gaps in procedures, and create solutions for scalable and repeatable processes, in adherence with the compliance framework and IT best practices established. You will ensure that all the necessary processes are thoroughly implemented to take full advantage of the capabilities of the systems. You must be a problem solver, technically proficient, able to multi-task well, explain solutions clearly, well organized, with ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

The expected base salary ranges from $111,000 - 175,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
