Retail Manager

We have a client in the NYC that is looking for a Retail Manager to manage their in-store shops for higher end brick and mortar retailers around the NYC area.

Experience with home soft goods (bedding, bath, window, etc.) is required.

This person will oversee retail operations, drive customer experience, and ensure that these in-store shops reflect their brand value and positioning. This person will travel between locations to train staff, making sure they have the latest information on product offerings. They will also report back the information that comes from these shops about desired product and improvements. They will oversee the day-to-day retail operations of these in-store shops, managing inventory, visual merchandising and layout. Our client is working a hybrid schedule.
