Your Role Includes :

Delivering outpatient care to  pediatric and adult  patients

Completing charting, care coordination, and participating in quality initiatives

Joining a  1 : 11 phone call-only rotation  (no in-person call!)

Being part of succession planning for long-term clinic success

Ensuring all required licensure and certifications are maintained

Requirements :

• ️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in  Family Medicine  or  Internal Medicine
• ️  DEA & BLS  certified
• ️  Clean malpractice history
• ️  Active (or in-progress) Vermont license  – required before start
• ️ Must  start by Fall 2025  and  reside within one hour  of Brattleboro
• ️ This is a  sole, full-time role  – no job-sharing or dual positions allowed
