Dynamic and results-driven Project Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of transportation infrastructure projects, specializing in bridge and roadway construction and rehabilitation. Leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective projects on time and within budget. Coordinates engineering design, field operations, permitting, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success from planning through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge and roadway construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with DOT, FHWA, AASHTO, and state / local regulations.
• Direct cross-functional engineering, field, and inspection teams to drive schedule execution, safety performance, and quality outcomes.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and risk mitigation plans to protect timelines and financial targets.
• Oversee contractor performance, subcontractor negotiations, procurement, and material approvals to streamline delivery.
• Maintain strong collaboration with municipalities, transportation agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in work sequencing, constructability, and field operations for faster, safer, and more efficient execution.
