Job Summary

The Club Host is responsible for ensuring that club guests are welcomed and seated in a timely manner at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex.

Job Responsibilities

• Essential Job Duties
• Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
• Distribution of guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
• Maintain waiting list when necessary.
• Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
• Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and / or holidays.
• Monitor guest arrival and departure.
• Maintain positive client and customer relations.
• Other duties as requested.
• Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Champion CRVA’s mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.
