\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities : \n

• Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients in partner facilities, including skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care facilities.
• Travel to facilities to provide medical coverage 4 days / week.
• Serve as interim Medical Director in partner facilities.
• Build relationships with the facility staff, administrator and nursing director.
• Engage with the multi-disciplinary care team to address quality of care and patient care needs.
• Complete timely documentation and billing for services provided per Curana policy.
• Respond to daytime calls from the facility when not physically present.
• Assist with the transition to the permanent Curana provider(s).
• Serve as a model and representative of Curana Health at all times.

This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities using a personal vehicle. A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and / or for, continued employment.
