|$30.60–$45.90 / hr (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance : Case-by-Case Overview Join a collaborative critical care team as a MICU Registered Nurse at a leading 323-bed hospital serving the Ocala region.
This facility is a Level I Trauma Center and the area’s only Comprehensive Stroke Center, offering state-of-the-art care across cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurological, and emergency specialties.Nurses here work with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice and patient-centered outcomes.Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill medical patients.Monitor and interpret vital signs, initiate interventions in life-threatening situations.Administer medications and manage complex IV infusions under provider direction.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery strategies.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.Ensure documentation meets hospital standards and regulatory compliance.Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous clinical improvement.Qualifications Required :
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation). 1+ year of recent Acute Care RN experience (preferably higher acuity than Med-Surg).ADN or Nursing Diploma.BLS – within 30 days of hire.ACLS – within 90 days of hire.Preferred :
BSN degree.Prior ICU, MICU, or Stepdown / Progressive Care experience.Compensation & Benefits Base Pay :
