$55,740.00 / yr - $82,880.00 / yr

Overview

Production Managers Serve Our Field Operations Staff and are responsible forSafety of our crews and clients; Quality control; Production efficiency; Crew development; Equipment allocation and control. Account Managers Serve Our Clients and are responsible for Client communication; Contract renewals and enhancement sales; Quality control; Issue resolution. Cooperation and communication between production managers and account managers is critical to achieve satisfied clients, well-trained field staff, a proud and excited team, and efficient, profitable work.

• Issue resolution
• Build relationships with staff to ensure a culture of safety first; meet quality standards; deliver services on time; achieve job budgets; retain, train, and develop employees; maintain equipment
• Lead on-site presence to model and enforce policies and procedures including safety and dress code; demonstrate servant leadership; acknowledge crew and address issues
• Onboard new clients and contacts using Klausing Group's onboarding process
• Review and approve employee time sheets
• Visit job sites weekly or bi-weekly to identify quality issues, perform quality audits, and review lean plans
• Develop and execute lean plans to maximize client value and quality while improving morale, safety, and productivity
• Facilitate 5S projects to reduce waste and improve productivity
• Log and resolve service issues by due date
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and staff; communicate changes with account managers; work with branch manager to maximize efficiency
• Plan and manage morning dispatch and participate in weekly branch huddles
