Gift Giving Coordinator

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Make Williams-Sonoma a gift giving destination by packaging customer purchases and ensuring immediate availability of pre-wrap cello and 'grab-and-go' items
• Ensure timely gift-packaging of purchases to meet visual standards and to exceed customer expectations (within timeliness standards)
• Engage in multiple clients and create a positive lasting impression by offering personalized service
• Affirm the client's purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions
• Promote all the services that build lasting client relationships and drive sales (in-Store / in-Home Consultations, Registry, Credit card, Clienteling)
• Assist the sales team in providing personalized service
• Assist sales team in providing personalized service; store client purchase at cash wrap, process holds, locate merchandise, etc.
• Maintain visual standards and supplies of the gift wrap and cash wrap area
