Role Description

This full-time role for a Customer Service Representative is an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks will include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, up-selling new and potential customers, and providing information about products and services.
