What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or hazards encountered during patrols.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter trespassing or unauthorized entry on the property.What We're Looking For :
