Associate Retail Media Planner

As an associate retail media planner, you'll work closely with sales counterparts to develop strategic media plans for suppliers and agencies, ensuring alignment with internal and external goals and objectives. You'll play a key role in nurturing account relationships to grow our client base.   • A related degree or comparable training / work experience

What is the work? Management / Administration :

  • Assists in developing cross-platform media plans and proposals that strategically align with supplier / agency goals and objectives
  • Works closely with sales counterparts to intake key details to drive ad product selection, flighting, and overall structure of media plans; manages RFP process
  • Maintains ad inventory tracker
  • Assists with conducting QA of partner media plans
  • Leverages historical campaign and enterprise data to drive strategic development of media plans
  • Assists in sales pipeline maintenance and CRM tidiness
  • Assists in consulting on use of H-E-B media products to deliver value to customers that align with their specific business objectives
  • Provides additional sales support as needed
  • Participates in client check-ins and media planning calls
  • Stays current on trends and competition; helps develop online competitive analysis as needed
  • Participates in strategic projects; assists with GTM rollouts
  • Works closely with crew counterparts across sales, account management, activation to support campaign goals and objectives; provides exceptional service

    • What is your background?

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 0+ years of experience in media planning or sales support

    • Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an associate retail media planner at H-E-B?

  • Working knowledge of legal agreements, ad-related terminology across all media, and concepts / systems related to e-Comm and digital marketing
  • Strong verbal / written communication, presentation skills
