Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams.
• Process Development : Create and document efficient manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling.
• Quality Control : Develop test plans, monitor results, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Documentation : Manage product files, BOMs, and other essential documentation for production readiness.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the development cycle.
