Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships.
  • Prospect and close new business while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Recommend tire solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely service.
  • Stay informed on pricing, competitor activity, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of outside or B2B sales experience (tire, fleet, or automotive sector preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred : Experience with CRM / sales software and knowledge of commercial tire products.
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Location Requirement : Must be able to commute to or relocate to Linden, NJ 07036 before starting work
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
