A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to manage medical claims and coordinate care for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, ensuring timely return-to-work status and cost-effective treatment
Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the care of the injured worker and evaluate their recovery needs
Develop and monitor case management care plans, ensuring adherence to treatment guidelines and quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Florida Workers' Compensation or Occupational Health case management
Registered Nurse (RN) with at least three years of clinical experience
Current State Licensure in Florida
Ability to work independently and manage cases proactively
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
