Job Description
Supports the Accounting team in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in core accounting functions and exposure to financial systems and processes.
2026 Summer Internship May 18- Aug 24.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with processing financial transactions
Supports account reconciliations and identifies discrepancies
Verifies data for accuracy and completeness across accounting systems
Helps research and resolve system or transactional discrepancies
Organizes and documents financial information from various sources
Assists in preparing reports to meet internal and external deadlines
Collaborates with team members on special projects and process improvements
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field
Prior internship or relevant work experience (0-1 years preferred)
Graduation date aligned with internship timeline
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
No certification, license, or registration is required for this role.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with financial systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
