Position : Overnight Guest Service Agent

Shift Pattern : Overnights only, full open availability (Holidays and Weekends required), between 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 30 am

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour plus incentives

Location : Hilton Atlanta and Towers, Downtown Atlanta

What will I be doing?

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest information and room rate, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and guiding guests to their rooms with bell service if needed.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are accounted for, processing payments with the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments, accepting and recording various forms of payment, currency exchange, and processing gift certificates.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information (rooms, rates, packages, promotions, local area) and answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; field complaints, conduct research, and resolve issues to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
