JCPenney is hiring : Omnichannel Associate - Music City Mall in Odessa

Omni Associate – accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies across Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products, delivers outstanding customer service, demonstrates customer service behaviors consistently, actively listens to customer issues to resolve problems, promotes company products and services, and partners with team members effectively.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, picks merchandise orders, acknowledges completion in the system, packs orders accurately per packaging requirements and timelines, and completes all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities timely.
• jcp.com Operations - Researches jcp.com order shortages / overages, completes shipment check-in, binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes, assists with organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area, and processes jcp.com order deliver and return transactions on the register.
• General Operations - Partners with Merchandise Associates / Assistants to replenish store inventory; participates in the annual inventory process.
• Performance Standards - Consistently meets established performance standards including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
