About the role
As a Residential Outside Sales Rep at Koita Agency , you’ll combine warm / hot leads with territory canvassing to help homeowners choose the right {{product : internet / TV / mobile / energy / solar}} package. You’ll master a simple field process, track activity in our CRM, and close on-site.
You will
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and visit scheduled warm / hot leads
Perform brief needs assessment, run product demos, present pricing, close
Own daily metrics : doors / visits, demos, closes; update CRM the same day
Coordinate installs / activations and handoff to support when needed
Join weekly in-office huddle for coaching, leaderboard, and territory planning
You bring
Excellent face-to-face communication and resilience in the field
Coachable mindset; you like scripts, objection handling, and repetition
Ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings / weekends)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone with data plan
Work authorization in the U.S.
