Harbor Post Acute is hiring for an Activity Director to join our team! Our activities department is known for providing top-notch activities to ensure the residents of our skilled nursing facility remain involved in the things that make them happy and connected.

As the Activity Director at Harbor Post Acute Center, you will have the opportunity to provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to our residents while focusing on their individual interests.  The Activity Director makes care plans specific to each resident, promotes social interaction, leads one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the program schedule.
