Job Description

We are seeking a Snowflake Practice Leader (VP) to contribute to our growth within our Strategic Partnerships & Alliance ecosystem. You will develop, manage, and expand our key partner relationships with Snowflake, overseeing partner engagement, enablement, and co-sell initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network within Snowflake and a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the Snowflake practice across Blend.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Snowflake.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Snowflake decision-makers, sales teams, and solutions architects.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders, including Executive QBRs.
  • Develop partner-centric offerings in collaboration with other practices.
  • Work with leadership to build Snowflake competencies, certifications, and accelerators.
  • Track KPIs such as partner-influenced revenue and pipeline, joint client meetings, proposals, and events.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in managing strategic partnerships, preferably in SI or MSP environments.
  • Extensive network within Snowflake with proven relationship management skills.
  • Skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset with deep understanding of partner engagement beyond sales.
  • Ability to build community and excitement around partner-specific offerings.
  • Expertise in partner portal management, deal registration, funding oversight, and co-sell programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data analysis and market trend skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Additional Information

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and delivering measurable results.
  • Willingness to travel and present to C-level executives.
