Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : CT Technologist Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM Contract Length : 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week Job Description : The CT Technologist will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations under the supervision of a Radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols. The technologist will perform a variety of CT and radiologic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal image quality. Responsibilities : Perform diagnostic CT procedures, including head / brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen / pelvis, extremities, and biopsy / drainage scans. Conduct radiographic exams, fluoroscopy, portable radiographs, C-arm, and OR imaging services. Operate CT and radiographic systems, ensuring accurate image acquisition and processing. Prepare and administer contrast media as required. Maintain sterile technique and assist with surgical / sterile imaging procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiologic safety standards. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of results. Requirements : Graduate of an accredited AMA school of Radiologic Technology. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) . State license as a General Radiographer. BLS certification required. Must wear Royal Blue scrubs . Some on-call duty required. Minimum of 2 years’ recent CT experience preferred.
