Compounding Associate, Bulk Ingredients

The Position

The Compounding Associate will report to the Production Manager and prepare mixes of ingredients for production and blend them in accordance with SOPs / Batch Records to mix a variety of finished goods. The qualified candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure production timelines are met. This role will report directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing mixtures of raw ingredients to make custom distillates, compounds, and finished goods
• Operating a variety of equipment to prepare the finished goods
• Basic troubleshooting of all equipment
• Work together with supervisor to maintain production timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Read and follow standard operating procedures, department protocols, and adhere to all GDP (Good Documentation Practices) standards
• Additional tasks as assigned by management for production and processing
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
