Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Asset Management Database (AMDB) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Flexera Admin integration experience / understanding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, managing and optimizing our Asset Management Database (AMDB) within the ServiceNow platform, as well as managing Flexera integrations with the ServiceNow platform / software asset management system. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of IT asset data, which is essential for operational efficiency and effective decision-making.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of prior relevant experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow AMDB / CMDB management, administration and Flexera integrations.
• ServiceNow system administrator experience emphasizing the IT Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management applications.
• Deep understanding of the AMDB (Asset Management Database) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data structures in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the interactions between the AMDB and CMDB.
• Flexera system administrator experience including integration with ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF, SolarWinds, Microsoft Azure and others.
• Ability to translate process requirements to system configuration requirements in Flexera and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management process practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Functional knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
