Production Planner Production Planner

Position Overview

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes by planning and managing production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation. This role aims to optimize productivity and minimize costs while meeting customer demands and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to align production with procurement and logistics.
• Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to inform production planning decisions.
• Utilize ERP systems to track production metrics and inventory status.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyze production performance and quality control metrics.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling.
