  • ???? Hourly Wage : $19.65 base + $4-$7 / hour incentive pay after training
  • ???? Shift Options : 1st, 2nd (+$0.35 / hr), or 3rd shift (+$0.50 / hr) | Overtime and weekend / holiday availability required

What You'll Do :

✅ Operate production machinery used in rod processing

✅ Manage materials and production flow using forklifts

✅ Assist with overhead crane operations

✅ Use torches as needed

✅ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues

✅ Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards

✅ Support and train new team members

What We're Looking For :

  • ???? Must-Haves :
  • Forklift operation & Torch handling experience required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 1+ year experience in a heavy industrial setting
  • Safety-first mindset and strong teamwork ethic
  • Willingness to work all shifts and overtime
  • ???? Nice to Have :
  • Overhead crane experience
  • Passion for hands-on work and continuous improvement
