Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. We are searching for a Co-op pursuing an engineering degree to support the Project Management team in Naples, FL. This co-op will run from January 2026 to June 2026 and requires a full-time student or recent graduate available to work 40 hours per week at the Naples facility.

Main Objective

Gain project management experience by supporting the Orthobiologics, Spine and Vet portfolios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry in Windchill for various projects.
• Support relationships with vendors such as Private Label / OEM.
• Enhance project templates.
• Standardize procedures for project tasks.
• Create and maintain a risk register.
• Strategize how to incorporate the resource management tool into Workfront.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Knowledge and Skills

Effective oral and written communication and ability to work through technical issues.

Machine, Tools, and Equipment Skills

Knowledge of surgical equipment and instrumentation, mechanical testing equipment, PC, Solidworks or other 3D modeling software preferred.
