About the Role
The HAI Sales Training Manager will design, develop, create, implement, and evaluate field focused sales training programs for new and existing field personnel to ensure the HAI Consultants and HAI Specialists are effective in all aspects of their roles. The training program will involve ensuring proficiency in the numerous important activities the sales team executes, including case support in the OR and infusion suite, in-servicing new and existing customers on all aspects of administering HAI therapy, the flawless execution of product messaging and brand strategy, and all documentation required for quality processes. The training program will be responsible for, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, field personnel development, content development, and conduct field rides to assess performance and training needs. The HAI Sales Training Manager will report to the VP of Sales, and collaborate with the Area Sales Directors, Marketing, IO&E Sales Training, and Quality to ensure the objectives for field training are met. Expected travel for this role is 75%.
