What You’ll Do

• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Inspect production parts for PPAP and Initial Run (IR) requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Document measurement results and report non-conformances
• Support gage calibration and Gage R&R studies
• Complete first / last piece inspections and sorting as needed
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and follow TLX Quality Management System procedures

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications

Mechanical aptitude and reliability

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Work environment includes moderate noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts
