What You’ll Do
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Inspect production parts for PPAP and Initial Run (IR) requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Document measurement results and report non-conformances
- Support gage calibration and Gage R&R studies
- Complete first / last piece inspections and sorting as needed
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and follow TLX Quality Management System procedures

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic Office applicationsMechanical aptitude and reliabilityPhysical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as neededWork environment includes moderate noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts
