Job Description

Manage K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any project challenges. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project life cycle. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain satisfaction and trust. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - K-12 should have :

  • Experience managing construction projects, preferably within the K-12 education sector.
