What You'll Do As the Assistant Production Manager, you'll help lead production operations from start to finish-ensuring smooth workflows, effective communication, and consistent quality. You'll :

• Supervise and support production supervisors and technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily production activities including processing, packaging, and labeling, ensuring products meet all company and state standards.
• Collaborate with management to plan production schedules, optimize workflows, and identify process improvements.
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance.
• Assist in managing production-related inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Post-Harvest teams to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, providing updates on output, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor team members, facilitate training, and encourage professional development across production departments.
