- Coverage Dates : December 2025 - Mid-January 2026
- Schedule :
- 3x 8-hour shifts per week
- Preferred : Monday-Wednesday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Flexible based on provider availability
- Patient Volume : 20 patients per day
- EMR : Epic
- Exam Rooms : 6
- Reason for Coverage : Clinic will be without a provider Practice Details
- Setting : Primary Care Clinic with rotating specialties
- Population Served : Adult, Pediatric, Newborn, Geriatric
- On-Site Services :
- Laboratory
- Point-of-care testing
- Phlebotomy
- Emergency Equipment : Defibrillator, Airway supplies

- Behavioral Health provider on site
