BODYBAR Pilates is a fitness boutique franchise that teaches pilates using the BODYBAR method in multiple locations across the United States. The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager (SM) is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of studio staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studio's sales process and member retention strategies, trains and manages the sales team, and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include :

• Achieving monthly revenue targets through implementation of BODYBAR sales process designed to preserve monthly membership draft
• Preserve product mix and established monthly rates; collect any outstanding dues
• Implement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive referrals
• Self-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referrals
• Schedule and participate in local networking and community events
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staff
• Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement
• Coordinate with retail vendors to ensure retail products are stocked and merchandised to brand standards
• Enforce all policies and procedures
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class

Qualifications include :

Compensation : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
