Shift : Day shift (0700-1930). Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36, including weekend hours. Call Requirements : call / text when someone calls off shift or there are shift openings. Float Requirements : all units if necessary. Patient Population : Adolescents 13-17 years old, and adults 18+. Common Diagnosis / Treatment : acute stabilization behavioral health hospital with average length of stay 7-10 days. Required Certifications : RN license. Must Have Skills / Experience : Deescalation skills. Preferred Skillset / Experience : Behavioral health, Medical or dual diagnosis experience, able to do CIWA, COWS. Day shift (0700-1930). Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours including weekend hours. Call requirements as needed for shift coverage. Unit Profile : All 4 units. Patient Ratios : 1 : 12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, & Adult Acute; 1 : 10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis / SUD. Patient Population : Adolescents 13-17 years old, adults 18+. Local rate $75.
