SERVICE ADVISOR :
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, and a minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience. He or she has an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record with automotive experience, which is a plus but not a must! Fluent English speaking and written communication skills (bilingual a plus), good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position at a car dealership service drive.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check.
- Current, Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred.
- Service Advisor experience.
- Schedule appointments and generate estimates.
- Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.
- Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping CSI at or above region monthly.
- Maintaining value, quality, and integrity.
- Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
- Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele.
