As an Intake Specialist Customer Service Outbound, you will be part of the client support department, assisting potential clients and ensuring they receive the information they need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Intake Specialist Customer Service Outbound

Location : Glendale, WI

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

Shift : 08 : 00am - 05 : 00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Make outbound telephone calls to potential clients who have requested information about legal services
• Conduct intake evaluations and screen leads for eligibility based on provided criteria
• Answer inquiries by clarifying information, researching, and providing accurate details
• Maintain call center databases by entering and updating client information
• Draft and mail representation paperwork to qualified candidates and prepare new client documentation
