BOLAND is hiring : Marketing Director in Baltimore

Overview Marketing Director role at Boland. Location : Gaithersburg, MD. Workplace : Hybrid, flexible for your day. FLSA Status : Exempt. This is a full-time position.

Base pay range $100,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation Annual Bonus

Responsibilities Consult with company leaders to develop and execute an effective strategic marketing plan

Lead market research to identify key focus areas and develop a strategy

Develop and execute Boland's brand strategy

Develop and execute commercialization strategy

Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Salespeople to effectively drive revenue growth

Develop and execute a strategy to convey Boland's message via trade shows and industry events

Effectively collect client experience data and utilize data in a strategic plan

Develop a media relations / PR strategy

Digital / social media strategy development and execution

Represent Boland effectively within the industry and marketplace

Structure the department effectively and manage personnel to execute goals

Maintain active relationships with industry groups, associations, etc.

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading marketing efforts

Up-to-date knowledge and abilities to effectively utilize current tools

Experience developing budgets and planning fiscal strategy

Experience in collecting and analyzing statistical data to achieve business results

Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods of time

Ability to work in standard office environment

Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise the Marketing Team

Coaching, mentorship, and performance management of all direct reports

Networking, developing leads, and recruitment

Training and compliance with all employment laws and regulations
